11.55am Our miners fired mine at F 3 c. Artillery
cooperated.
5pm Enemy fired mine at F 3 c & shelled our
mine-heads there. Our artillery replied. We suffered no
casualties or damage to
trenches. 1 Company of 16th Lancashire Fusiliers attached to the
Battalionfor instruction
