The Queen's (Royal West Surrey) Regiment 26th November 1915

26th November 1915 –
 
1st BattalionSECTION A1.
Relieved 2/Oxfords in Section A1 (From GUN STREET on right to RIDLEY WALK on left) One Company of 21st R. Fusiliers attached on 26th for 24 hours duty.
2Lt R.P. Slatter joined on 26th.
2nd Battalion – Officers 31.    Other Ranks 776.
Wounded 1.
To Hospital 1.
From Hospital Nil.
To Base 2.
Battn, furnished 2 parties 200 strong to work on defensive line in front of FESTUBERT. Slight fall of snow at midday.
2/4th Battalion GALLIPPOLI.
1/5th Battalion - A final revision of numbers was made & strength reported today as fit was 27 officers and 652 other ranks, The Station board to assess value of chargers was held at 10.0 a.m. three horses passed as fit.
1/6th Battalion – Training continued.
7th Battalion VILLE-SUR-ANCRE.
Enemy aeroplanes passed over villages & dropped 6 bombs near MERICOURT Railway Station.
8th Battalion OCHTEZEELE.

9.30am Battn, marched to BLUEMAISON and GANSPETTE arriving at 2pm.
