18^th February 1916 –

1st Battalion – Capt Brodhurst Hill joined Bn, in trenches from base – Mx

Relieved by Worcesters.

2nd Battalion – Whole Battalion employed in working parties under R.E. Supervision.

Officers 32.    Other Ranks 842.

6 Transferred. 2 from Hospital.

2/4^th Battalion –

1/5^th Battalion – The strength of the night picquets were reduced as under:-

No4 Post to 10.

No5 to 22

No 6 to 10 thus making the duties somewhat lighter. Up to date men were not getting 3 nights in bed.

1/6^th Battalion – Battalion remained in billets & continued training.

7^th Battalion – In Billets nothing to record.
