1st Battalion – Ordinary Routine. Enemy shelled our area at 4.45 pm. No casualties.
2nd Battalion – Officers 32.    Other Ranks 970.

1/6^th Battalion – Took over trenches at LE TOUQUET (same as previously held) from 7^th East Surrey Rgt. The relief was commenced at 8 pm and completed at 12.30 am – A Quiet night.

2/4^th Battalion – on H.M.T. “Uysses” to join Med, Expdy, Force.
