1st Battalion – BETHUNE.
Fine day, & quiet. No casualties. At 7pm, relieved by 1st
Cameronians (19th Brigade) & went back to billets at MONTMERENCY
BARRACKS, BETHUNE.
2nd Battalion – Very
quiet. Nothing of special interest happened.

Battalion – 2.20pm Ordered to send 1 B.O. & 50 rifles on the T 4
to cover working party on telegraph line which had been destroyed 12 miles or
so down.
3.35pm Lieut Evetts & 50 N.C.O’s & men of A company
started on the T 4.
1/6th Battalion
– Battalion supplied working parties under R.E. which took every available man.
Captain E. Wright joined for duty from 3rd Battn.
