The Queen's (Royal West Surrey) Regiment 21st December 1915

21st December 1915 – 

1st Battalion – Ordinary Routine.
2/Lt J. Burrell and 2/Lt Grey struck off the strength for duty with 5th Bde, M.G. Coy d/21/12/15.
2nd BattalionREINCOURT.
Company operations – marches – occupying fire positions – fire direction.
Officers 32.    Other Ranks 783.
To Hospital 5.
1/6th Battalion – Again sent out two working parties to DANGER CORNER each 100 strong they worked under a pioneer officer. Capt R.A.M. Basset left Battalion to be attached temporarily to the 1st Corps Headquarters, 2nd Lieut D. Mann appointed acting Adjutant.
7th Battalion – Very quiet day, nothing to record.
